Retainers

A retainer package is good for those who need more regular support – a guaranteed number of hours with a choice of when to use those hours across the month.

Your hours are prioritised and guaranteed each month
A rolling contract with no minimum term
Time is tracked to the minute and you will receive a weekly summary of all hours used
Up to 10% of unused hours can be rolled over to the next month for additional flexibility

Ad Hoc

Ad hoc hours are charged on a pay as you go basis and are useful if you just have occasional work that needs doing or need a no commitment plan. If you are not sure how many hours you need, we can start off with a trial on an ad hoc basis before moving over to a retainer package.

I can’t see the package that suits my needs, can I still work with you?

Definitely! Please get in touch to discuss your needs and I can tailor a bespoke package for you.

How do you keep track of the time spent on my tasks?

I use time tracking software. This can produce a report showing the total time spent on each task to the minute.

How can I send payment over to you?

Payment should be made by BACS or standing order.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due within 7 days from receipt of the invoice.

Are there any additional charges?

This will be dependent on your needs. For example, if you require me to do high volumes of printing and postage or you would like me to travel to your site, this will incur extra charges.

Are there any other important details I need to know?

All prices will be reviewed on 1 April every year.
